Turn it up one extra stop if you plan to push to 3200 ISO. If you’re on a point-and-shoot, you can also do this by adjusting your exposure compensation +1 or +2.

So when you use an external light meter (which most beginners don’t) you set that to 320 ISO. Just make sure your camera meters light through the filter.
