WebWe are using Office 365 both online and on the desktop. All of our email accounts works except one. This one works when online, but gives the error (0x8004010F): 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.' with the desktop version. I've searched Microsoft for answers, but only get answers applicable to Office 2010 and 2013. WebSelect Export to a file in the dialog box and click Next.
