WebAug 19, 2024 · We did not hear anything from Beneficial again. About 2013 we received a letter stating that they had sold the servicing of the loan to Greentree/Ditech. We received letters for payment on the whole balance with no added interest or penalties just the loan balance. In June 2024 we received a letter from Ditech that they had charged-off the loan.
