WebPlater will disable the original cast bar. So if you still have it, it is probably a different addon doing the same thing. Maybe elvui, quartz or some other one. If it’s ElvUI, you can disable the ElvUI cast bar in the settings while keeping the rest of ElvUI running. Try disabling all addons and keeping only plater.
