You can also plug the small 2 wire connector into the one wire alternator under the plastic cover over the terminals and chances are, the "gen" light will work normally. When the plug is removed, the two terminals look like any other GM alternator. My question is, can I reinstall my voltage regulator, plug the connector into the alternator and get my ammeter back?
