WebBolas are handy at low levels. And they'll tame fairly quick with mejoberries. This is a longer video, but the info is in there. It's no different than a normal parasaur. I just tamed a level 25 Tek with just one bola and about 7 tranq arrows. Mejoberries definitely speed up the taming process as well.
