I'm sitting at 17gb ram when I'm at the main menu according to msi afterburner. It will still work though. Be prepared for fps stutter if your ram is running in single-channel. The gtx1650 has no problems running this game. Even the mobile unit should be fine. Your cpu is decent enough also.
