Webstructural and nonstructural components is closely related with inter-story drift ratio which is often used as damage indicator in building structures. In this study the maximum inter-story drift ratio was employed as the performance quantifier to measure the damage degree in a frame after the ﬁrst occurrence of yielding in structural members.
